Later you can taste the tuscan treats  such as the sienese Pici Pasta, Ribollita, the Panzanella, the Pappa col Pomodoro and Bruschetta, the Bistecca Chianina and the Cinghiale together with a  glass of Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano or Vernaccia di San Gimignano. And don’t forget about the sienese special almond cakes just like Ricciarelli and Panforte.

The region includes three other Unesco World Heritage Sites that are the awesome San Gimignano, Pienza and the Valdorcia and Montalcino.
